We are targeting severely distressed properties that prohibit conventional lending and thus decrease market competition for those properties. Our background is in construction and our specialty is structural and foundation repair thus giving us an edge on the competition for this market.
Multi-Family and Commercial Residential Projects consist of condominium conversions and 1-4 unit new construction projects. These mid-term projects generally have 12 -24 month durations and generate ROI's between 50-75% on your investment. Our market is low-cost housing neighborhoods in strategic markets where a potential bubble exists at the top end of the neighboring markets. We renovate for multi-unit housing complexes and then under-cut current market prices for quick sale to facilitate rapid investment return.
